Bookings & cancellation Policy
How to Book
All session requests must be made via the contact page on our website.
To request a booking, send through your enquiry with the following information:

Your full name

The type of session you are enquiring about

Your preferred day and time
-
A contact phone number
Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a reply confirming your session time.
Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Providing adequate notice allows us to offer that session time to another client who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missed Sessions
If a session is missed without notice, a missed session fee may apply and future bookings may require payment in advance.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your scheduled session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time so that other clients are not impacted.
