All orders are shipped from New South Wales, Australia via Australia Post.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions, or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

If you are located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us here and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind provided that:
